What you need to do is study how the neck is connected to the head. Ear placement is also to recommend. Even though the ear looks fine, it's still in the wrong place.
But I like her armor design!

Ever seen a guy empty a 16 round clip, using just his toes?

At first I didn't see the ear thing, but now that you mention it yeah it is definatley in the wrong place, and the neck thing is something I've known for some time but I haven't found a good way to see where to place the neck.
Glad you like the design of the armour though, I put alot of time into making the details in it, maybe to much time XD
I kinda like how clean it turned out though.
Things to work on:
Hands, limbs, head and body texture details.

Just look at real photos of people when studying the neck. That should help. The main thing to keep in mind is that the jaw line connects with the neck, and not the back of the head.

Yeah I know that, but when I draw it that way the character usually ends up looking alot more manly =(

I thought you sai you had trouble drawing guys! :)

I know it can be a little difficult to nail it at first, but practice makes perfect. For starters, just make the neck thinner!
